Football back plates are ideal for running backs and any other football players that want to protect

lower back from punishing hits.

The slots on the rear flange align with the holes provided in most Douglas shoulder pads.

 This Back Plate can be mounted on most other brands of shoulder pads too, but you may have to drill small holes into the shoulder pad and assemble with the provided hardware.
